Your web-site brings back a lot of memories about Lubbock. Lived there in the late '60's, '70's and early '80's, where most of the population (like me) moved there from little towns around Lubbock. Remember some great music back there sung by a Levelland boy, Tommy Latham. Great musician, and club singer during that time. In fact, Lot of great singers came out of those little towns around Lubbock...cut their teeth in Lubbock night spots...and on to greater things.

I graduated from Tom S Lubbock High School in 1956. Worked at the Triple S
Drug Store downtown and at Noble Shires
Market on University when a tornado hit
the screen of the drivein theator. Had
a speaking acquantance with Buddy Holly

sister there and dropped of his newest
